Help - Adding External Calendars
Below you will find instructions on how to add calendars from different platforms:
Google Calendar
- 1. Open Google Calendar in your browser
- 2. Click the settings gear icon next to your calendar
- 3. Select "Settings and sharing"
- 4. Scroll down to "Access permissions" section
- 5. Copy the "Public URL to this calendar" link
- 6. Paste the link in the "Calendar link" field

- 1. Open Outlook Calendar in your browser
- 2. Click "Share" next to your calendar
- 3. Select "Publish calendar"
- 4. Copy the "ICS" or "Web link"

Cereal Boxes
Could each child in Swans bring a cereal box on Monday 23rd February for our art lesson.

The school disco will be held on Thursday 12th February 3.30-5pm and if your child wishes to attend please see previous communication. Please note that Thursday will be a non school uniform day.
Peanut allergy
Dear parents
We have a pupil who has a peanut allergy. To avoid a life-threatening allergic reaction please can you ensure your child/ren do not bring into school any snacks or lunch items which contain peanuts. Many thanks for your help.
Young Voices
Just a reminder that the rescheduled date for the Young Voices concert for Class 2 and Class 3 is Friday, 27th February.
Please see previous communication regaridng Young Voices for more information.
If your child requires anti-sickness medication, please come to the school office BEFORE the day of the concert so that we can set the medication up on Medical Tracker. We will not be able to process medication information on the day of the concert.
Swimming
Children in Class 2 will begin their swimming lessons on Tuesday 24th February. Please send a snack with your child that they will be able to eat an hour before their swimming lessons.
Please see previous communication regarding suitable swimming kits.
Children in Class 2 will need to wear their PE kits on Tuesdays only from now until the summer, unless we let you know otherwise.
